On Friday, Indian equity markets closed with positive developments. Nifty 50 ended the last trading session of the week at 17,833.35 with gains of 0.19 per cent. Mid-Cap and Small-Cap stocks relatively underperformed broader markets.  

The following low-priced stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, September 12, 2022:  

Omax Autos – The company’s stock gave a solid price volume breakout, soaring more than 16 per cent to touch a fresh 52-week high of Rs 69.00 per share on NSE. Its shares are currently trading at a PE of 5.19 and approximately, 0.44 times the book value. Founded in 1983, the company manufactures sheet metal components, tubular components, and machined components. Omax caters to Tata Motors for its CV segment and is also, an approved supplier to Indian Railways.  

La Tim Metal & Industries – The shares of the company were dominated by buyers and froze at a 10 per cent circuit, hitting an intraday high of Rs 14.94 per share on BSE. The stock soared over 20 per cent in the last five trading sessions. The company is engaged in the business of importing coils & profiles and trading them into the Indian market.    

Regency Ceramics – The scrip has recorded back-to-back upper circuits for five trading sessions in a row. Only buyers were seen in the counter today as the shares locked at a 5 per cent upper circuit, recording a fresh 52-week high of Rs 21.35 per share. Incorporated in 1983, Regency Ceramics manufactures ceramic floor and wall tiles for domestic as well as international markets.
