Metal Supermarkets has opened its newest location in Chattanooga, becoming the one-stop shop "offering speed, variety and convenience for Chattanooga professionals and hobbyists alike."

Metal Supermarkets specializes in the sales and distribution of all types and ranges of metal including hot and cold rolled, aluminum, copper, brass and stainless bars, tubes, angles, channel, sheet and plate to meet the needs of a wide and diverse variety of customers that require these products.

Joining long term, established stores in Nashville and Knoxville, Metal Supermarkets Chattanooga is the third Tennessee store and will offer over 8,000 types, shapes and grades of metal, cut to each customer’s exact specifications.

“Throughout my career in manufacturing, I struggled to find a small-quantity metal provider that offered an easy, convenient option,” said Jeff Wolaver, the owner of Metal Supermarkets Chattanooga. “I’m excited to bring a quality metal supplier offering superior customer service to businesses and hobbyists in Chattanooga.”

With 25 years of experience in manufacturing as an engineer, operations manager, consultant and business owner, Mr. Wolaver, a Chattanooga resident, connected with Metal Supermarkets as a result of his industry expertise.

“With Jeff’s industry experience and background, we’re confident that he will drive great success in the Chattanooga business community,” said Stephen Schober, president and CEO of Metal Supermarkets. “We’re thrilled to have Jeff join our franchisee network as we expand our presence in Tennessee.”
