Finishing Contractors Association of Illinois (FCAI) is a union painting and drywall finishing contractors association dedicated to enhancing the industry through negotiating and implementing a collective bargaining agreement, promoting safety, education, training and professional development to its members, resulting in a better value to the consumer.
