An Apprentice learns the technical dynamics of an industry that involves developing and understanding safety protocols, laws and codes, the manufacturing process, basic mathematics, and chemical properties. Apprentices also learn the finer art of wood finishing, the knowledge needed for blue print reading, the techniques of good communication, and leadership training.
